Description:

First and perhaps most important fact, this coach has been re-plated as a Private Light Goods vehicle and can be driven on a normal car licence!  Provided it’s not used for hire or reward and you carry no more than 8 passengers.  It is also considered a class IV for MOT purposes and comes with 5 months MOT, new batteries, 2 new front tyres and a recent £3,100 mechanical overhaul. 

Fitted kitchen with:

• Hob, Oven, Grill
• 3 Way Fridge
• Sink
• Portable Fresh and Waste Water tanks
• Solid wood worksurface
• Decent quality drawers and cupboards
• Air Conditioning, electric heating and original Volvo heating system

Seating area that converts to a 2 berth bed.  

Separate bathroom with sink and brand new Thetford Porta Potti (never used).  Bathroom also includes a shower tray but I never got round to fitting the shower unit (although the parts are included in the sale).

Bedroom with a double sleeping deck and currently a single below (although could easily be converted into another double by simply changing to a double mattress).

Garage

• Fully plated garage area with ramps and electric winch
• Additional lighting and air lines in the garage for those late night repairs!
• Sizeable load area that happily fit a 4.5M long Nissan 200SX (S14)

The bus was stood between 2013 and 2016, so I asked Wrights Commercials to carry out a 121 point RHA inspection in November 2016 which raised 35 issues that needed addressing.  Over the course of a couple of months and £3,100, Wrights got her recommissioned and back on the road with a fresh MOT on 30th January 2017.

The bus is currently stored just outside Silverstone and non-residential storage can be arranged with the landlord should you need to arrange ongoing storage.  This is not a small consideration as the bus is over 11 metres long!

Fantastic fun to drive, super accurate steering and pneumatic everything makes it surprisingly easy to drive.  Will be a real shame to sell but I’m not racing at the moment, so can’t really justify keeping hold of it.

It’s not got a radio fitted but on the flipside, it’s impossible not to hum ‘self preservation society’ to yourself wherever you go :-)
