Diamond R6 Classic Clubman 

In full B Sport specification - professionally prepared and run by Road and Stage Motorsport.

 

Engine  Full race spec RSM circ 100bhp, dry sump - build to Classic Clubmans regulations.

 

Transmission

   Gearbox: Close Cut Ratio

Drive chain:  Late type Lotus Elan housing fitted with steel planet wheel.  New competition CV jointed drive shafts. New CV fitted to prop shaft.

 

Chassis:  New Arch Motors space frame build on original jig.

 

Suspension:

Front: Unequal length wishbones, Avo adjustable spring dampers.

Rear: Fully adjustable transverse links and fore and aft radius arms. Avo adjustable spring dampers.

Brakes: Dual system with cockpit adjustment. AP Racing discs and calipers 11" front, 10" rear.

 

Wheels: Total 14

Dries:  Satin black compomotive CXR13" - 7" front  / 10" rear with Avon A11..7.7/20

Wets: Original Cobra alloys 2" and 8" fitted with Avon A15's

Inters:  Original 3 piece alloys fitted with hand cut soft slicks.

 

Bodywork: Alloy panels, bonnet and wing. Glass fibre nose (two spare). Painted grey metallic.
 

Cockpit: Quick release steering wheel, brake adjuster. Plumbed in fire extinguisher. Scatterguard prop shaft restrain and side pod protection. New 2010 seat belts ( but now out of date for racing)

 

The car comes complete with tailored car cover and trailer straps. The car is ready to race.
