Left hand drive with 2.5 Millington all alloy, dry sumped and recently refreshed on twin 50 webers, Elite 6 speed sequential, coil over suspension, 5 linked atlas 4.6 lsd, 10 x16 wheels.

Stack instrumentation, electronic power assisted steering etc etc

It was originally a German touring car which has a well-built shell – is UK road registered and has had a MOT!

This car has been a race car from new and was never used on the road, in the 1980’s years the escort ran on VLN (Veedol Langstreckenpokal Nürburgring) and 1986 on the 24h-race Nürburgring. Drivers of the 24h-race were Wilfried Eichen, Jürgen Zanetti, Olaf Manthey.

During the 1990’s years the car ran on Castrol Haugg Cup Nürburgring. In 2005 the car was restored and since 2009 has been driving slalom and some hill climb races with Michael Hubner owner builder and driver. Was then purchased by a very well know old skool Ford collector in the UK Nick Williams. Who used the car for the Famous Motorsport at Crystal Palace last year and came 4th in class on road tyres when the competition where to high slicks, Also used for Demo Runs at BHP Show at lydenn Hill 2016.

Then the car passed to its previous owner who changed it to the current Millington setup and it was raced with CTCRC.

Amazing very quick, fun racing car that could be used on the road.
