Description:
Chassis/ Body: The car was originally a 2005 240R chassis has done 5000 miles approx. We have looked after the car from new. The donor car has done 3 or 4 short races (under one hour) and the car was completely rebuilt using all new parts in 2012. It has had very light use since full rebuild having done three track days since new engine, gearbox and body. The body panels are genuine Lotus GT3, not a copy. Krontec air jacks. Quick release front clam, rear clam and doors. Never crashed. No road use (although the car has the benefit of a UK registration and can be made to be road legal). Total dry weight 820kg.
Engine: Toyota 4 cylinder 2ZZ, 1800cc fuel injection, supercharged, max power 325bhp, max torque 208 ft lb, MOTEC M400 ECU with the latest C125 dash with backlight, shift lights, VVT cams, 9.1 compression, crower rods, Mahle pistons, Piper camshafts, high flow injectors. Engine 12 hours use.
Electronics: MOTEC M400 ECU cam control and closed-loop Lambda. Latest configurable C125 dash. Can-bus communication and motorsport loom
Gearbox: Quaife 6 Speed sequential with oil cooling system, Weldon oil pump, Uprated driveshafts, and crossshaft, A.P. twin clutch. Shot peened and super finished internals for extra strength and reliability. Gearbox 12 hours use.
Dampers: Factory GT3 Ohlins 2 way adjustable dampers.
Fuel System: 70ltr tank. Car will run for two hours on one tank of fuel.
Brake System: Four Pot AP calipers front, AP 2 pot calipers rear (Lotus fronts), with separate handbrake caliper. AP Motorsport master cylinder with cockpit adjustable bias. Goodridge brake pipes
Wheels: Dymag centerlock race wheels, magnesium one piece. 7.5J x 17 fronts 10J x 18 rear
Cockpit: Recaro Hans seat, FIA spec. FIA roll cage. SPA fire system electronic. Luke 5 point harness, quick release. Motorsport loom with dash back light. Carbon passenger seat.
If required, we can store, maintain, transport and provide full support at race meetings and/or track days.
This car cost well in excess of £100,000 to build. The owner is realistic and has asked us to sell this car at a fraction of the cost.
