Dallas Motorsports is pleased to present a truly exceptional GT3 race car that has just become available.

The 2013 Aston Martin GT3 was built by the automotive craftsman at ProDrive.  ProDrive became well known in the racing world for its involvement with Subaru and the World Rally Championship.   Additionally they build the factory race cars for Mini, Volkswagen, and of course Aston Martin.

This particular GT3 is serial number 001 and has some very special ownership background.   Originally built for the CEO of Aston Martin, this car was used for a handful of track days and then ProDrive was commissioned to do a full refresh on the car and bring it up to 2015 spec before being sold.   

Lou Gigliotti, well known for his success with LG Motorsports Racing, purchased the car from ProDrive/Aston Martin and intended for the GT3 to be campaigned by one of their current LG customers.   When it became apparent that the customer could not campaign the car to its potential, LG Motorsports sold the car to a local race enthusiast who has only used it for a handful of personal track days.

ProDrive states that the car has approximately 6 hours of total run time since the update to 2015 specs.  That update was done at the end of the 2014 season in preparation for the following race season.  GT3-001 is able to be campaigned in current Pro Series as well as enthusiast club racing.
