Awning Co awning has been erected once since purchase in February (photos from Donington paddock) and gives 40 square metres of covered floorspace with a 4m projection to the LHS and 4m to the rear. Enough room for a hospitality/living area and two smaller cars or one larger car at the back.

Box fitted with shelving on LHS for awning sheets, legs, poles and flooring tiles. Racking on RHS wall for the main spars leaving the majority of the van floor for tyres/toolboxes/spares etc.

We have used the empty van as a sleeping quarters with room for four camp-cots and two on the shelf with inflatable mattresses. Plus one in the cab so sleeping for 7, that's before you start using the awning space!

Priced to sell; vans like this sell for ~£9k with intergalactic mileage, awning £14.5k (all + the dreaded VaT of course!) So asking what I am seems fair. Open to offers but please don't offend...
