Van Diemen RF78 Historic Formula ford 2000 this car has been sitting for the last 15years plus and was recently brought as part of a collection.

the car will make a really nice rebuild project for somone,as not nasty and all there.

Hewland/case un cracked/engine complete chassis/rolling gear all there. Adaptor plate has a crack around the starter motor mounting. All other castings very nice-engine turns over all comptle

x1 set of MAG wheels with the car,look in good condtion.

Rolling gear all there ready for re build-rear uprights in very good condition and no welds or Repairs.

curranty/was fitted with incorrect bodywork however correct  78/FF2000 complete bodywork set inc rear engine cover/rad covers/top/nose plus all other parts needed to rebuild available from URS.

car will need a full rebuild-chassis looks a good start will need a few bits doing but nothing huge.

all there-and a very cost effective way to get onto the ever growing and superb historic ff2000 grid in a competitive   car for sensible money.

from the small amount of research I have done into the car it would seem it may well be a genuine from factory FF2000 rather than a converted 1600 so a nice point also. Car does also have a chassis plate along with its racing passport book.
