Description:

i have for sale a fully rebuilt 1.8t AGU engine, built to a high specification. this is for sale as building a different car.

AGU block, gallery plugs removed after maschining for cleaning. 0.5mm overbore, Wossner low comp pistons, XRP rifle drilled rods and ARP bolts. Splutter bigend bearings. KS main and thrusts. AGU crank std size.

New oil pump, pick up, tensioner, lower crank pulley and center bolt (these commonly sheer the key way)

re-faced deck, new head gasket, genuine head bolts and cam seals.

fully refurbished large port head with new guides and seats all cut. valves refurbished, spings checked for poundage and fitted, acid cleaned. vvt sensor fitted as intended to run on Me7.5 management.

new cam belt, water pump, tensioner, belt covers, rocker cover. later 4 pin coil pack adapters fitted for coil  packs.

Jic 10 breather take offs.

mocal oil cooler take off, stubby oil filter.

steel drop in sump baffles.

completly rebuild and supplied with 5 litres of running in oil 

i do have other K04 parts avaiable seperatly tp complete this conversion. full set of supertech valves inlet and exhaust, brand new in box. 6 speed 02S transmission for sale by seperate negoation.
