FOR SALE - GM GEN II 2002 IRL Engine

This engine is a 3.5L, Normally Aspirated engine.  Currently setup to run Methanol but could be converted to run race gas.

Included with this engine is Motec Mapping that produced 700 hp at 10,000 RPM.  (Motec ECU and CDI are NOT included)

** Standard Injectors are used, you can use GM electronics with no concern.  I mentioned Motec for those of you who may wish to switch to Motec.  All engine tuning with Motec has been done for you should you want to change electronics.  Motec expert tuner Shane Tecklenburg was involved, so world class tune.

Engine Specs:

1.  Dry Sump, integral minus external oil tank and cooler

2.  Alternator, integral and upgraded by RaceProven to deliver more output

3.  Max RPM's are 11,700

4.  Water Pump, integral and mechanical

5.  Fuel Pump, front mechanical drive coupler.  Can run with electric pump as I do

6.  Motec mapping, as noted above.  This is included should you decide to use Motec for ECU.  Mapping was for methanol.

7.  AP Clutch with 4 metallic disks is included.
