This completely unique Packard is really a resto rod, original on top but all the mechanicals are modern, a great combination.

The engine is 350 Cu in Chevrolet with a new 700 R4 automatic box, new driveshaft, new Ford 9" rear end, new power steering and disc brakes, new front and rear suspension. All the glass and rubbers are new. It starts on the button, and stops on a dime.

The previous owner is a renowned expert at restoring dashboards including Pebble Beach winners. Every piece was individually made from epoxy to replicate the original. It took over 400 hours to complete. A true work of art.

I have driven the Packard and can vouch that it drives, stops and handles brilliantly, even more incredible when you realise it's 21 feet long! From the outside you have no idea that this beast can do 80 mph safely. This car is a true one off, a very usable classic, immensely practical, especially if you have a lot of friends. The interior is huge and beautifully restored. New headling, door cards, carpet, and dashboard.

It would make a fabulous historic race hauler, and even has a tow hook fitted. Can you imagine showing up in this beast at a meeting, especially Goodwood, with your vintage racer on the hook? It even has a siren to announce your arrival

It is fully road legal with a V5 and is tax and MOT exempt. Turn key, drive it away. Might take something interestign in P/X.
