Description:

1971 Elden mk8 Formula Ford 1600.

The car is finished in the original works colours as used by Danny Sullivan and is "on the button" ready to race. It competed only twice in 2015, the first, winning its one and only outing in the HSCC FF1600 championship at Brands Hatch and the second, at the star of Mallory FF1600 allcomers race, beating a lot of newer machinery.  It has not yet been run in 2016.

Lots of set up work done by Formula Ford expert Dave Morgan.

New front Dampers. In-date Harness and extinguisher.

The engine was rebuilt between these two races byBarnett racing engines with lots of new parts at a cost of£2.5k.

Spares include - Brand new set of body work (never fitted), set of wheels, a few gear ratios and a new front anti roll bar.

Lots of history including FIA papers, invoices, results etc.

This car can be a real contender in the ever popular HSCC championship.
