A genuine BMW M2 CS Racing built by BMW M Motorsport, offered here in exceptional condition with just 3,008 km (1,869 mls) on the clock. `Chassis no. No 183 out of 300 produced in total.
This is the 450 hp specification, its output adjustable from 280 to 450 hp via Power Sticks in line with Balance of Performance regulations. Power comes from the 2,979 cc M TwinPower Turbo inline-six, sent through a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox running motorsport software, a mechanical Drexler limited-slip differential with separate cooling, and purpose-built driveshafts on motorsport-spec rear bearings.
Safety and cockpit equipment is full FIA-motorsport spec: a DMSB-certified welded roll cage built by BMW M Motorsport, a Recaro P1300 GT racing seat (FIA Standard 8862-2009) with M2 CS Racing embroidery, valid until 2030, a Schroth six-point harness (FIA 8853-2016), an on-board fire extinguishing system, and an AIM MXG 1.2 motorsport dash logger with color display. The removable BMW Motorsport steering wheel carries paddle shifters and switchgear, and the car retains standard air conditioning for comfort between sessions.
The bodywork features a carbon-fiber roof shared with the road-going M2 CS, a front splitter, an adjustable motorsport rear wing, Makrolon rear side windows with integrated fuel filler, quick-release bonnet and boot fasteners, and front/rear tow eyes per regulation. Fuel is carried in an 84-litre FT3 safety tank, fillable from either side (a 120-litre long-distance tank was also available as an option). The chassis is finished with motorsport-specific suspension links, adjustable front and rear anti-roll bars, and adapted motorsport dampers, with three spring-rate options available to suit different circuits.
Finished in Alpinweiss III white with black Alcantara trim.

The BMW M2 CS Racing is a factory-built, 300-unit-worldwide track/endurance car from BMW M Motorsport, sold new for roughly €115,000 ex VAT ex-works in the 450 hp specification. It is not the same car as the road-legal BMW M2 CS (a separate, homologated street model). The comparables below are for the racing ("CS Racing") variant only.
