Description:

Original Simca JRD 2L cylinder head including head cover, cam, valve springs and rocker arms. All original, number 068 stamped on the side of the distributor with the JRD logo,head for 2 spark plugs per cylinder.
The engine with this head was developed by JRD for the French Coupe Shell Simca cup championship (1972-74). Moynet LM75 (drivers Michèle Mouton, Christine Dacremont and Marianne Hoepfner) with this engine won the 1975 24 Hours of Le Mans in the 2L class.
