Offered for sale is my professionally built 1968 Dodge Dart Pro Street / Pro Mod. This is not an original HEMI Dart, but a highly engineered race car built from a 1968 Dodge Dart 270 (originally equipped with a 225 Slant Six).

The car was built without compromise using premium components throughout. It has never been raced, has only approximately 200 road miles since completion, and remains in exceptional cosmetic and mechanical condition.

The vehicle is currently located in Hamburg, Germany, where it has always been stored in a dry, climate-controlled private garage on stands and maintained in running condition. It starts immediately, runs perfectly and has excellent oil pressure.

Engine

The engine is a 518 cubic inch Mopar Performance Mega Block HEMI, originally built by John Arruza as a professional alcohol race engine.

During the project it was converted into a ProCharged combination. The complete supercharger configuration, component selection and boost strategy were developed in technical consultation with Steve Morris Engines. Final assembly of the engine was completed in Germany by an experienced Mopar engine builder.

Chassis & Body

Professionally built 7.50-second chassis (2012).

The body is fitted with lightweight fiberglass hood, fenders, doors, bumpers and trunk lid, while retaining the unmistakable appearance of a classic 1968 Dodge Dart.

The interior is exceptionally clean and professionally finished, combining race functionality with a classic factory appearance.

Condition

This is not a worn-out race car.

It has never been campaigned and has never accumulated race passes. The overall condition reflects the very limited use since completion. The underside, suspension, engine compartment and interior are all exceptionally clean.

The only reason for selling is that I decided to step away from drag racing before the project was ever put into competition. The car has simply become too valuable and too well finished for me to campaign on the track.
