Understood to be the only surviving original car, built and run in period by Syncro Motorsport, a subsidiary of Honda UK run by employees of Honda at Swindon.

The car was built to FIA group N Super Production regulations and competed in the National Saloon Car Championship during 1998-2000, and was driven by Kevin Hicks. It competed in two British Grand Prix support races in 1998 and 1999 and also competed at Spa Francochamps alongside the Belgian Procars. It was eligible for the BTCC production class for the 2000 season. The car comes with a folder of receipts and photographs.

The car is in unmolested original condition,and is offered in its period livery from the 2000 season. It received a light refresh and recommission for racing this year including cambelt, pulley, filters, fluids, gasket, upper wishbones, bushes, tyres, extinguisher, belts and a remap. It ran faultlessly at both a full test day at Brands Hatch, and in competition completing all sessions and races at Oulton Park Touring Car Rewind North. The car is on the button, ready to race, and eligible to join the CTCRC Super Touring grid for 2026 at Touring Car South at Brands Hatch.

This age car now qualifies for FIA Historic status and is considered eligible for a FIA Historic Technical Passport (HTP), subject to relevant compliances.
