CTS Motorsport, one of the UK's leading Caterham race teams, are looking to recruit a number of qualified race weekend mechanics to work on a freelance basis throughout the UK,and into Europe, for teh upcoming race season.

Ideally, you will have some experience of working on Caterhams, although training can be given to support the skills development for the right candidates.

More important is a 'can do' attitude, willingness to commit to a full season, ability to work on your own initiative and as part of the team, and preparedness to 'get stuck in' to whatever task presents itself through a busy race weekend.

We offer a day rate commensurate with a person's skills and experience, travel expenses to and from circuits, hotels and food throughout race weekends and team kit.

Could lead to permanent workshop work for the right candidates as we expand our operations to include the JCW Mini Challenge for the coming season.

We're based in North Lincolnshire, just a few miles from Blyton Park.
