Description:

This Chevrolet Camaro tube-frame race car was built by Trotnow Racing in 2000 for SCCA Trans Am and GT1 competition. It was campaigned in the Chicago, Milwaukee, and San Francisco SCCA regions as well as the Southern Pacific Division and decals indicate the car achieved five wins in the 2006 season. Following its export to El Salvador in 2008, the car was campaigned by Victor Tarazi Jr., reportedly winning multiple regional championships and setting track records at the Autódromo Internacional El Jabali in El Salvador and the Autódromo Los Volcanes in Guatemala. The car was repatriated to the US by the selling dealer in 2025. Power is provided by a 358ci V8 linked to a Weismann five-speed manual transmission and a 9″ rear axle. Additional equipment includes a replacement bladder-style fuel cell, Penske coilovers, Wilwood disc brakes, Real Racing wheels, and a rear wing. This Camaro race car is now offered by the selling dealer in Florida on a bill of sale with spare parts, two sets of wheels and tires, and a logbook.
