Restored and converted to appendix K FIA spec car from an original early 1964 narrow tunnel, pull handle car using heritage panels including floor pans, castle section, trumpet sections & sills. 

The car was finished in tartan red and was freshly painted in 2023.

Following the restoration of the car, the previous owner had the car sent to Marque specialist MG Motorsport, there they fitted a new wiring loom, a 60ltr foam filled fuel tank, aeroquip spec fuel hoses. At the time, the car had a standard 4 synchro gearbox & differential but was mated to a fast road engine.

Sadly, due to poor health, the car was never used in anger and it was placed on the market.

In 2022, David Gardner (Autorevive London) bought the car with the intention of modifying the car to race in the equipe Classic racing series, the diff was rebuilt to an LSD with a 4.1 ratio, the engine was rebuilt by Classic & Modern Engine services to full race spec and the gearbox was swapped for the FIA correct 3 synchro SCCR built by Hardy Engineering.

David Gardner sold the car to its current owner whilst the build was being carried out who carried out a full season of racing with Equipe Classic Racing and Classic Sports Car Club Classic K, including a number of podiums in class.  

Whilst under that ownership, the car had further upgrades made to it, including Rae Davis dampers and a better spec engine including a 48 dcoe carburettor, again built by Classic & Modern.

Since the engine rebuild & a differential rebuild, the car has only ran for 50 minutes at a track day at Snetterton.  The current owner is selling due to family commitments restricting him from racing anymore.
