Ford transit MK1
Van was built around 3 years ago by Devon based ford enthusiast Anthony Lee.
powered by the2.9 BOA 24 Valve cosworth which was rebuilt by top boss engineering & goes very well.
5 speed MTX gearbox from a mk5 transit v6 ambulance which is paired to a mk8 twin wheel minibus axle with disc brakes & mk7 transit dampers.
front uses mK5 transit suspension.
custom manifolds & exaust which sound great.
MK 2 transit modified fuel tank with built in swirl pot.
custom wiring loom.
custom brake lines.
Power steering.
Mk6 transit seats that were trimmed with embroidered headrests.
van goes well & tows well ( only towed a Nissan micra with it).
since my ownership I've added a couple of small mods that can easily be removed or upgraded.
Timber bulkhead & cloth covering.
set of three seats ( don't match fronts).
sound proofing to rear.
large motorhome cover.
12v charger point.
GPS Speedo ( Speedo not connected).

van does get used so is not immaculate.
theres a few small scratches & marks & some bubbles have started in a couple of areas but easily sorted.
This van gets attention wherever it goes but the time has come to sell.
van is located in Stanwell village which is around 5 minutes from Heathrow terminal four.
