Description:
Chassis number 3615661 was registered in 1965 in the UK, the car comes with a current UK V5 registration document. The car was used extensively in Historic Sports Car racing in the 1980's and 1990's. The car was fitted with a new lightweight bodyshell with 26R arches, reinforced footwells and boo floor in circa 1985.
The car was used in Rallies in the early 2000's:
2001 Classic Marathon Ypres to Cortina, 1st in class 10th Overall.
2002 London - Lisbon 1st Overall
2005 Rally of Tests 1st in Class
More recently the car has been prepared to and run in the Equipe race series, it recently finished the 2025 Spa 6 hours and it comes with an extensive spares package. Prior to running at Spa the car benefitted from an Engine rebuild at Neil Brown Engineering along with a freshly rebuilt gearbox and differential. In the last 3 years the car has also had new corners fitted and has been maintained to the highest level by Pursuit Racing
The car has FIA papers valid until the end of 2032
