2013 Ferrari 458 GT3
Description:
Chassis #3462 has all of the EVO enhancements as it was near the end of the 458 GT3 production at Michelotto. Delivered to Scuderia Praha in March 2013. Between 2014-2016 raced in 12 endurance events across Europe with a win in the 24 Hours of Barcelona in 2014 and a win at Brunn in 2015. It finished 2nd overall in the 24H series in 2015.
The car was restored with a new tub and new engine in 2016. It was sold to a German family for development of their son. He Won 11 straight races in German FCD series and was champion in 2019. Acquired by the current owner in 2020. Raced in the IGT series in 2020&2021 winning 21 of 25 races and the Maranello championship in 2021. Converted to SRO GT America configuration including full safety equipment update including fuel cell. Achieved 4 podiums in 3 race weekends in 2021 including a 1st and 2nd at Road America proving that this 458 was fully competitive with the newest GT 3 cars on the grid.
Maintained to the higest Ferrari standard and supported by the Michelotto USA engineer. Car was given a cosmetic and light mechanical refresh in 2023 and is truly race ready. Brand new diffuser installed. Ideal and highly competitive car for a number of historic/vintage series in US and Europe.
Km's as the car sits today are: chassis-12,900, engine-14,400, gearbox-7900. Years of racing available before any major rebuilds.
A good spares package comes with the car including three sets of wheels, body parts, brakes, alternator, engine parts and accessories, set of new Michelins plus 3 extra hard to find rears, etc. List in images.
