Built from the ground up using a 2021 Honda Civic Type R (facelift), the design, construction, and ongoing maintenance have all been carried out by the multiple championship-winning team at Area Motorsport.

This exceptional car has fewer than 5,000 miles from new and has been meticulously cared for throughout its life. When not being built, tested, or raced, it proudly represented at numerous corporate events — always maintained to the highest standard. It may sound like a cliché, but you will not find a more capable or better-prepared FK8 Civic in the UK.

Build & Performance

• Total build cost: £55,000+ (in addition to the £40,000 base car)

• Performance: ~360bhp (easily adjustable via remap)

• With a simple fuel system upgrade, the car can exceed 400bhp for higher-class competition.
