OCR Engineering is a midlands based Fabrication and Machining facility offering support to the Motorsport and Performance aftermarket industry.

Our specialty is reverse engineering obsolete or damaged parts and remanufacturing them on a one off or small batch basis.

Due to an increase in demand, we are currently recruiting for the following staff:

• Motorsport Fabricator
• CNC Machninst

 

Fabricator:

To be experienced in the fabrication of wishbones, uprights and suspension components is essential. Mig/TIG welding of Aluminium, Steel, Stainless and Magnesium. Manufacturing new components in the addition to repairing used parts to extend thier competition life. 

CNC Machinist:

Experienced in Prototrak and Siemens controllers on XYZ milling machines and lathe. Programming of 3 and 4 axis CNC machining centres. Manufacturing parts in aluminium, steel, titanium on small volumes. 

Both must be time served in the relative industry, posses a high attention to detail, be able to work within a small team and work to tight deadlines.

Salary depending on experience, guide of around £150-200 per day.

Flexible working conditions, part/full time positions, self employed or employed.
