The unit in question is a conversion and an extreme version of the 3.0 CSL Gr. 2 competition model. It was carried out in Finland by its first racing driver.The work was thoroughly documented and executed without sparing a single cent on technical or financial resources. This conversion was fully recorded and later taken to the racetracks, where it achieved countless successes, as detailed below.

 

It is based on a 1973 BMW E9. The car was built to the highest standards, representing an extreme yet reliable version equipped with a BMW M50 engine pushed to its maximum potential, delivering a tested output of approximately 430 HP on the dyno.

 

All body panels, including doors, hoods, etc., are made of Kevlar with a quick-release system, reducing weight to an absolute minimum—around 990 kg. The dry sump engine incorporates the most advanced and robust racing technology of its time.

 

Regarding competition components, the car features the most sophisticated and durable roll cage, FIA-homologated bucket seats (certified in 2024), a handcrafted Martelius racing exhaust system, adjustable suspension, a latest-generation fuel tank (FIA-homologated in 2024), a racing ECU, electronic injectors, a Getrag 265/5 dogleg straight-cut gearbox, a BMW 5.11 differential with 40% limited-slip lock, six-point FIA-homologated harnesses (2024 certified), an interior and exterior fire suppression system (FIA-homologated in 2024), a quick-release F1-style steering wheel, and much more.
