Still writing full spec but here is an overview, 1996 , 65,500 original miles on car , 700 miles on new [2023] engine-Rob Boston Racing, build as follows :MX5 Engine Build for High Power Turbo Application; Donor Engine parts, Pistons and rings set (84mm,+1mm,1884.2cc 9:1 C/R) Connecting rods, Forged steel upgrade, King race bearings, Main, Big end and Thrust washer,Oil Pump, Boundary billet gear, high flow, ARP main stud and nut kit,RP head stud and nut kit,Cometic Head gasket, Engine gasket set, Water Pump,Gates Racing cam belt and tensioner kit,Zinc Gold bolts throughout,Oil filter,Coolant,Millers 10w40 CRO run in oil,Mobil 10w60 engine oil,Brake discs and pads front axle set,Millers 300+ competition brake fluid,Torrent blast and clean all components,Refinish block in enamel paint, Machine block deck, re bore, hone to exact finish.Cut valves, seats, skim face and followers,Balancing all rotating asse’ (including clutch and fly if sup’) Bearing clearances and rings gapped, Build complete engine assembly, Dyno engine running in and tuning by Dale Bladen at Bailey Performance Ltd. Alignment by Gor4itracing - full history dating back 30 years, approximately £50,000 invested in this one off vehicle. Two settings for boost, 250 and 300 bhp. Megasquirt ECU, always run on Shell V-Power, Flyin Miata turbo, Gaz Gold coilovers, carbon fibre bonnet and boot, mk2.5 6 speed gearbox, BOFI Racing(2024) lightweight flywheel, racing clutch, various rare interior mods, roll bar, sparco seats, harnesses, fire extinguisher, no rust fully undersealed. Any inspection welcome, declared SORN but can be put back on the road for sale. Currently in white all detaling removed. Nankang NS2R, Rota RKR all round. 10 sprints around 700 miles since engine rebuild.
