This used and in good condition 240v Whatton & Sons "Wandess" Cylinder boring bar is now available for sale, it has the capability of boring from 2.6 inches to 6.6 inches (66mm to 167 mm) diameter. It is complete with a complete set of tools and micrometers. 
Also a Sunnen Hone with Hone stones and 240v Wolf drill completes the ability to bore and hone.
