Belived only Manual car in the UK

Would make good basis for track car or full race car being factory manual, rear wheel drive only.

Supplied new in June 2022 to Australia, registered in Australia through BMW main dealer on 2nd December 2022. Arrived in the UK 23rd September 2023, owner failed to pay import duty and the Vehicle sat in staorage until September 2024.

Car was sold to a dealer in Essex around that time who paid the import duty & the car comes with NOVA Certificate from HMRC confirming all import duties have been paid - I have spoken with HMRC & they have confirmed this.

The car is unregistered in the UK.

The car has 8,800 miles on it, I have had it serviced, engine oil & filter, brake fliud, rear pads, front n/s ABS sensor replaced & a new genuine BMW Lithium battery fitted - total cost £1,550, the invoice is avaliable. I have replaced a buckled rear wheel & put new rear tyres on the car, Michelin P4s at a cost of £320 for the wheel & £600 for tyres.

I have driven the car 70 miles over two days with no issues, everything works & does what it should.

Speedo is in MPH but can also be KMH, car is RHD - All is good.

Only non UK thing is the car has Australia maps in the Sat Nav.

The car comes with one key, HMRC letter confirming NOVA Number & all taxes paid, BMW main dealer print out of spec & options, highly optioned car with Frozen black paint - I will provide a full receipt.

The car has had the N/S front wing replaced at some point & probably front bumper & the front N/S strut, I replaced the ABS sensor & loom connection with genuine BMW parts as they had been repaired. There is NO Chassis leg or inner wing damage, the car is completely straight & you can inspect it on my ramp before purchase.

At some point (previous owner told me whilst taking out of shipping container) the car has been scraped on both O/S arches & there is a light scratch on N/S rear bumper, also a thrumb size dent in passenger door.

I'm looking for £40k for the car.

I would consider a part ex - but ideally prefer a straight sale.
