Porsche 935 Engine & Gearbox
Description:
In 1978, Porsche Kremer purchased this engine directly from the Porsche factory and used it in the 1979 Le Mans race. Ten years later, Kremer sold the engine to Sweden to Porsche specialist Bo Strandell.
The engine was never used by Strandell, and after an overhaul, it was stored in a climate-controlled race garage. Six years ago, the engine was sold to Denmark to Jens Nykjaer (current owner).
The engine number is 69 80 066 and registered at the Porsche factory.
The gearbox, an original version used for the 935 engine, is fitted with a differential lock, oil pump, and custom gear ratios.
