Ginetta G20

Originally built 2007 for Ginetta G20 Challenge by Wrightune, Porsche specialists, hence the colour.

Purchased by me 2015 having been run in Northern Sports and Saloons with DDMC

Run primarily in BARC NW Sports & Saloons championship (CNC Heads) and later some succesful results in CSCC Modern Classics series with class wins 2020/21.

Last run 2023 for full season with a couple of third places following full strip and build in 2022 while I was also running a Healey Sprite.

Engine - Zetec 2.0ltr, ST170 later head and fitted with CAT Cams. Regular refresh by Iain Gorrie engineering. (Well known in CNC Heads paddock) Last time on dyno was showing 206 bhp. (I have paperwork)

Full set of Jenvey throttle bodies, New DSE (ITG) air filter.

Twin plate Quatermaster clutch and TTV Racing lightweight flywheel.

ECU Omex 600 and loom, checked and serviced by Omex for 2023.

Repackable exhaust with no noise issues, larger bores for 2.0 engine

Full race alloy radiator, new in 2020

Drivetrain - Gearbox - Type 9 with Quaife straight cut internals, also serviced by Iain Gorrie

Diff - Quafe Limited Slip ATB as originally fitted to G20’s. New chassis mount Super Pro bushes will be supplied to replace the worn standard ones.

Brakes - Normal Ginetta G20 brake setup, alloy 2 pot front calipers and Sierra rear calipers, (replaced 2021) and hardened Cosworth discs. (The normal G20 discs had a tendancy to overheat easily and crack).

Mintex 1155 front and rear pads and Castrol SRF fluid. AP Master Cylinders.

Suspension - Protech 400S Shocks all round, bearing fit. Rebuilt by Protech for last season, never a problem.

Springs replaced 2020. Super Pro suspension bushes all round (supplied by DSE)

Tillet carbon seat.

Six point harness fully adjustable fitted (valid until 2031 for MSUK)

New PD Extinguisher system fitted in 2021, bottle serviced end of last year so good until end 2025.

Part of last rebuild was to rewire the dash, switches and instruments. Lithium battery

Bodywork is in pretty good condition, I did have someone hit the rear beginning of last year at Cadwell but only damage was to fibreglass which has all been properly repaired,

There is a complete spare front but it has never been fitted to this car so needs mounts doing and painting.

Various wheels and tyres although some I would only use for testing. It runs slicks in CNC Heads championship, CSCC or 750 m/c it would be on list one tyres.

A few suspension and brake disc spares included.

Some paint to match the RAL code, although I was told it was a Porsche colour I’m not so sure.

I can also add in an AMB subscription free transponder in asking price.

Always transported in an enclosed trailer, although not included in the sale may be willing to sell.
