Hayabusa Engine 1585cc RLM Stage 3 Dry Sump
Freshly rebuilt and converted to 1585cc RLM Stage 3 spec, which includes:
•    CNC Ported Cylinder head – with cam cap mod for cam clearance
•    +1mm Valve seats with RLM custom valves.
•    RLM Billet ‘Stage 3’ Camshafts
•    RLM Valve springs and steel retainers
•    Roller style cam chain conversion
•    RLM Billet Tensioner body
•    ARP Cylinder head stud and nut kit
•    Freshly rebored and replated Gen 1 cylinder to 84mm
•    84mm JE pistons, modified to suit the engine spec.
•    Arrow 71.5mm stroke crankshaft and H Beam rods
•    ‘X’ Gearbox bearing upgrade 
•    Dual output gear position sensor
All the top end/tuning parts are brand new, just run the dyno time at RLM.
It is has all the standard Radical reliability parts inc billet selector fork shafts, upgraded stop bolt, heavy duty 5th & 6th gears, welded clutch basket etc.
In addition a large number of parts were replaced as part of the rebuild, including:
•    Clutch Basket
•    Clutch plate set
•    Cylinder head
•    Billet starter cover
•    Rod bolts
•    Output shaft
•    Oil scavenge pump
It also has a brand new set of RLM/AT shaftless 45mm throttle bodies, with 630cc injectors installed.
This engine made 287hp at the output shaft on RLM’s engine dyno.
Life Racing ECU with map to suit is available at extra cost, along with a closed loop lambda set up.
Perfect for a Radical or any other track or hillclimb/sprint car.
Engine is currently still in RLM’s workshop (In the UK), a change in car/class for next year means that we have never shipped this back or installed it into a car. We can get this shipped back to our workshop in Italy or Spain if required.
