This car was built from a near perfect and rust-free 1984 XJ40 4.0LS.

Peter Lander (Sigma) 4.0 AJ16 engine with single enlarged throttle body (jaguarsport inlet manifold). Rebuilt and only done a handful of races since. Recently dyno’d showing 300BHP at wheels.

You may have noticed that the engine is fitted with the later AJ6 cam cover, not the AJ16 cam cover – cosmetic reasons – but it is an AJ16 engine.

• Poly and bronzed bushed suspension throughout
• Fully adjustable bespoke made shock absorbers
• Upgraded and strengthened axle mounts and solid bushes
• 16” bespoke compomotive wheels (2 sets)

• Safety Devices Roll cage
• In date fire extinguisher system
• Race seat
• Correct pull cables and isolators
• Coolant expansion tank and oil catch tank.
• Bespoke made aluminium Fuel tank
• Lightweight fibreglass bonnet and boot, TWR bumper kit
• Fully stripped out interior polycarbonate side glass
• Lightweight radiator
• Car was totally rewired and this dispensed with the security modules which are nothing but trouble on the XJ40 and X300 cars
• New dash, dials, switch system etc
