Our racing team, offers you the chance to become part of our exclusive development program for the 2025 season. Whether your passion lies in karting, GT4, or GT3 racing, this is your opportunity to prove your talent.

What We Offer:

Professional Development: Work with our experienced team to continuously improve your skills and unlock your full potential.
Test Days: Gain initial impressions in karting or GT racing through intensive test days.
Season Preparation: Take advantage of our comprehensive winter preparation program, including the GT Winter Series, to start the new racing season at your best.

The first step in our program is a test day, either in karting or GT racing, to evaluate your potential. In karting, test days are held from October to December in Germany and Portugal. The top two drivers will receive a €10,000 sponsorship for the upcoming season and the chance to participate in a GT test at the end of the year.

In GT racing, we organize test days in Spain and Portugal in November and December. The best driver will receive a sponsorship of between €15,000 and €25,000. Additionally, we offer many more opportunities for advancement.

Our program supports young talents comprehensively in areas such as fitness camps, simulator training, media training, data analysis, chassis setup, and sponsorship acquisition. Our goal is to secure you a long-term place in GT racing and pave the way for a successful motorsport career.

Test Documentation:

Our evaluation process is designed to comprehensively analyze the driver’s performance across various aspects. The test day focuses on the following areas:

Driving Technique Analysis: We evaluate line selection, braking and acceleration phases, as well as the overall handling of the vehicle.

Physical and Mental Resilience: Motorsport demands not only physical fitness but also mental strength. These aspects will be tested throughout the day.

Technical Understanding and Feedback: We place great value on drivers providing precise technical feedback to the engineers.

One test day is included in the participation fee. However, there is an option to book additional test days to fully showcase the driver’s potential. Throughout the test day, we collect all relevant data to make a comprehensive performance assessment.

After completing all test days, the collected data will be evaluated—similar to exams back in school. Our sponsor partner, together with a jury consisting of three additional members,  will then decide which drivers receive sponsorship. It is important to emphasize that I persona lly do not have decision-making power in this process to ensure fairness.

We do not focus on who is the fastest driver on the track. Instead, what matters is who works best throughout the day, continuously improves, and brings out the best in themselves.
