Pair used magnesium historic race car wheels.  11.5x13 with centerlock fitting with 12 peg hole at a 4.0pcd

Possibly Dymag manufacture -  1980s  F1 fronts? or 1970s F2 rears? - you decide

Both wheels appear to have been refurbished but one has had something spilt on it as can been seen in the photos so will need refinishing
