Between the bedroom and kitchen you have your ½ bath and washer & dryer closet. Dryer is functional, washer has been removed and space used for additional storage. All connections are in place to add a new clothes washer if desired .The kitchen has a residential refrigerator, 3 burner propane stove and combination microwave/convection oven. One section of drawers slides out to provide you with additional countertop space. Dining can either be a 2 person sitting area or slide the table out and add the 2 folding chairs stored under the bed to provide seating for 4. Seating area includes a leather sofa/sleeper, 2 European style recliners and the driver and passenger seats can be rotated to add additional seating for guests. All of these are real leather not faux leather.
