Jean-Louis finished 3th of the title. With HU3 and HU10 from Silverstone onwards.

All owners have been known since February 10, 1972, when it was issued by Lola Cars to Jo Bonnier de Gland in Switzerland.
Included in Georges Filipinetti's team, devolved to Jean-louis Lafosse, with the support of the Seita (Flint cigarettes) and the Antar tanker, the car (with FVC) is registered for the European Championship of Two Litres Sport prototypes, and participates in four rounds.

After the collision with Guy Edwardth, 400 kms from Barcelona, (Véga cosworth), HU3 was stored at Heini Mader, who became the custodian of the stable following the death of his two leaders: Jo Bonnier and, in the winter of 73, Georges Filipinetti.

Then HU3 was sold to Michel Baudoin of Paris who sold it in December 1988 to Bernard Maitre of Paris.

The car was totally dismantled, the chassis and body was given to Michel Elkoubi in 1994 where the chassis was restored by replacing some sheets and frontal plates. The rear sub-frame was put back in its 1972 specification, painted and reassembled as per the original Lola specification (aircraft rivets). The restoration was finished in 2007. Since then the car has finished several races in CER Peter Auto, Spa Classic and Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and ran wirhout any issues!

The car is eligible for all kind of premium historic events such as Masters Sports Cars, Peter Auto’s CER, Le Mans Classic etc..
