HAWKE DL15 FORMULA FORD 1600 (FF): The iconic Hawke DL15, with its pioneering, inboard rocker-arm suspension was the FF to beat in 1976 when it was championed with great success by Derek Daly and Derek Warwick, among many others. They both took several UK and European FF championships as well as finishing 1-2 in the Formula Ford Festival at Brands Hatch. Today, the Hawke DL15 provides a competitive platform for VRG Club Ford in the northeast USA.

My car is in pristine, racing condition, having undergone a complete frame-up rebuild in 2013 by Rick Hiland (Ric Racing). This included a fresh powder coating, new radiator, new radius rods, new electrical system, new floor, new master cylinders, brakes, new rose joints, transponder (#1446970), and many other features.

My car has been raced in VRG from 2013-2022 at Lime Rock, NHMS, Watkins Glen, Thompson, Palmer, PVGP and NJMP. The motor has low hours on an MWE (Marcovicci) engine. Logbook and complete manual back to 2004 (SCCA Club Racing, Identity 097- 065). Invoice/dyno sheet available. Most recently raced in 2022 (Thompson), the car is housed in the Greater Boston Area, Massachusetts, USA
