New rebuliut 1600cc Engine with very lowtime (~5 hours) & all the best components professionlly built at no expence.

Custom billet crankshaft:

Manufactured completely in Santa Ana, California, USA from the highest quality Aircraft Grade Cr-Ni-Mo alloy billet steel. Triple heat-treated for extreme strength, toughness & durability. The crank has standard size Alfa main bearing dimensions and the Honda rod journal diameter and width.

• High-speed straight line oiling system

• Dynamic “no holes” balance

• Through pin lightening holes

• Ion-plasma nitride for superior journal surface hardness & wear resistance.

Honda type rod bearing made by Clevite/Mahle

Latest CP-Carrillo Ultra Lightweight steel conneting rods with reduced dimensions for weight savings & utilizing a 3/8" diameter SPS bolt for extra strength

Custom pistons

Twin-spark head with bigger valves. Further modifications included State-of-art cylinderhead porting/polishing, stainless valves, Titnium retainers, race springs, matched intake manifold
