1600 Ford 771M crossflow block re-bored to 1660cc by Swaymar Engineering

19984 KR +60 Race Pistons pocketed to match valve lift

Crankshaft has been polished and tufride hardened 

The crankshaft/conrods/Pistons and flywheel have all been Lightened and Balanced

Cosworth conrod bolt set

Simplex competition Duplex timing gear set

Adjustable vernier timing sprocket kit

fuel pump block blanking kit

K & N crankcase breather kit

Competition Oil cooler kit

Kent 244 camshaft

Duplex valve spring kit

Roller rocker conversion kit

High pressure oil pump

Big valve stage 3 head fully ported and polished 

Webber twin 40 carburettors

Carburettors correctly jetted and set up for engine specification

Short trumpet kit for increased baulkhead clearance (was fitted in a mk1 fiesta with no baulkhead modifications needed)

Hiflow inlet manifold

Magard throttle linkage kit

Burton aluminium rocker cover

Bosch distributor with right angle cap conversion

Luminition electronic ignition conversion kit

AP approved Clutch and pressure plate fitted

8000 rpm max approximately 160hp 

Period correct engine for any mk1 or mk2 Fiesta in classic championships or rallying

Please note as it is a 771M block it does not have the righthand engine mounting that the rear wheel drive 711M blocks have it is designed to fit fiesta/escort/orion/ ka front wheel drive fords NOT inline rear wheel drive fords without a one off mounting being fabricated.
