Spec:

Frame is our own raceforce project made from S355 steel. Every single part was cut and bend on cnc machines to make it safe and regular. Main pipes are 50mm with 2mm thickness, reinforcements and other pipes are 40mm with also 2mm thickness. Powder coating.

Engine: Honda cbr 1000 rr sc57 172 HP 115 Nm

Gearbox: Original sequential honda 6speed gearbox

Differential: Integrated Quaife QBA2R with ATB limited sleep differential and reverse gear. Chain gear between engine and differential allowances to chage the ratio of main gear.

Front brakes: Wilwood Dynapro 2 pistons calipers with 282mm disc from audi.

Rear brakes: Wilwood Dynapro 2 pistons calipers with 250mm disc from audi.

Two lines braking system with possibility to set proportion front and rear braking force.

Steering rack was built by British company Titan. It has 1.7 ratio lock to lock. Now is possible to ride without changing hand position on steering wheel.

A-arms from our own project with spherical bearings Fluro M16 and polyurethane bushes. Possibility to change camper and tow in/out without changes second parameter. Easy access to nuts and bolts, it is not nessasry to take of the wheels

Front and rear suspension is Gazshox gold with hardness adjustment

Seat: Mirco GT with Raceforce name.

Seatbelts 4point, 3 inches Sandtler

Aluminum radiator with 14" fan

12 liters custom fuel tank with OEM honda fuel pump.

4 fiberglass body panels with black gelcoat

 

We have 3 cars for sale. All are the same, make it from the same NEW parts (dispite of engine). We also have every tools which enable to built body panels and frames. We want to quit production so we want to sell it. If you have questions or you need more photos let me know via e-mail or whats up.
