Lamborghini Super Trofeo 2017

The car was bought by us at the beginning of 2023 to race in various UK championships but unfortunately due to my clients personal situation changing we have been unable to race and therefore the car is now being sold. 

We purchased it from a team in Lithiuania who owned three ST's for one driver with this being a spare. I believe he originally bought our car new in 2017 and when the EVO1 was announced at the end of the year instead of buying the upgrade kit he just bought a whole new car meaning this was relegated to a spare. It turns out he didn't crash a lot which is why this car has barely turned a wheel! 

When the car arrived in the UK it went straight to Blackthorn Motorsport who stripped, checked and rebuilt it for no other reason than we were dealing with a unknown quantity and wanted a base line. It was a waste of time, the car was immaculate but it gave us piece of mind that the car is exactly what we thought it was. 

We then ran the car for four test days until the plug was pulled on the season and I'm sat writing this advert. 

It only has 12,003Km's on the chassis, engine and gearbox which is you know these cars is very low. 

Blackthorn (who have won the British Endurance Championship in another ST, so they know what they are doing) have maintained the car exactly to Lamborghini's recommendations, it is never started without first building oil pressure, oil and fluid changes are done after every day running etc etc, it really is a very well looked after car. With a car with such little use the engine pulls hard and the chassis is tight. 

The car comes with a small spares package which includes half an EVO1 kit, the previous owner upgraded his car to an EVO2 so the kit coming off was sold with our car. The plan was to test the car in its current non EVO spec and upgrade at the beginning of the season but this didn't happen. The car was due to be re-wrapped too, which in honesty is the only thing bad about this car, it's terrible!! 

It also comes with brakes, passenger seat, 2 sets of spare wheels (3 in total), 20 sets of part used slicks (they have between 75 and 100Km's on them, ideal for testing), all it's passport and user manual etc. 

Blackthorn changed the Fuel pumps, socks, fuel lines and filters as a matter of precaution, if you know these they are a weak point so they are all brand new. They also have chaged crank sensors which again was as a matter of precaution. 

All in all it's a mega car and I'll be really sad to see it go.

The car can be run in various championships including the British Endurance Championship, GT Cup, FIA Masters (includng the Silverstone Classic) and a whole host of European championships.
