Scirocco R Cup car originally built by German Motorsport to compete in the one make championship Scirocco R Cup. Car has subsequently suffered crash damage and is in need of repair before racing or trackdays. Full inspection is welcome before purchase, we can facilitate this with the use of a vehicle lift at Dunsfold in Surrey where the car is currently located.

Car was built in 2010 but never got to race in any of the rounds of the last season. It runs on a CDL engine with a KO3 turbo currently mapped to 232hp but will easily push 270hp+ with another calibration. Engine is capable of 400hp+ with a larger turbo, engine is very fresh having completed only 2 test days and half a race since rebuild (built by Chris Caton). It includes a DSG box and program. The program is very important for these cars as standard program is not suitable for the track. AP 6 pot Calipers, Koni dampers, Solo 2 dash. Rack, gearbox, wishbones, diff etc. are all VW Motorsport parts. Dampers are AST 3-way adjustable and were over £4k new alone.

The car would make a good project car for someone with the time to repair it, at the very least it's going to need the following parts replaced or repaired: RH driveshaft, RH lower arm, front bumper, FR fender, bonnet, FR cooler (a replacement cooler is supplied with the car). There may be some other parts needing replacement or repair, hence full inspection before purchase is recommended.

Some spares are available to come with the car including additional wheel sets, spare engine (requiring rebuild), K03 turbo, etc.
