Mercedes Atego 816 7.5t (2013) - Race Truck with living

The truck was owned by Mercedes Leasing until 2021 when I bought it. It was maintained by Mercedes and I have a huge list of everything done to the truck during that time. ie very well maintained. Registered in 2013.

As far as I know this is the longest box on a 7.5t truck that you can get.

The truck now has a small living area (see pictures), with 2 chairs and two full size single bunks.

The loading of vehicles is via ramps not a lift. I much prefer ramps as they don't break down at the track. The ramps are the longest you can buy and were purpose manufactured for this truck and can carry 4.5t (They cost £3k new in 2021). They slot either side of loaded car during transport. I can handle the ramps alone to load and unload. They can also be used as 'inspection ramps' at the track.

The vehicle is current stored since the end of the last racing season. I just installed two new batteries (the old ones were the originals from 2013) and the truck fired first time with all diagnostics green.

I've transported Peugeot 206 GTI's and Mazda MX5 Supercup cars in the truck with all my spares and tools.

Issues: Two to mention, both minor. (1) The rear roller door needs a padlock to lock it. The original key lock doesn't work. The door works perfectly, it simply doesn't lock. (2) If I were keeping the truck I would probably replace the side door. It works absolutely fine, but is slightly warped at the top.

Vehicle is currently on a SORN with no MOT since the end of last racing season. No advisories on last MOT. Can also be registered as a motorhome now, currently still registered as a 7.5t truck.

Private sale, No VAT. Truck has done 300k KM and runs perfectly (The Mercedes guy told me it's just run in at that mileage)
