SCM230 (Original registration number) is road registered has V5, FIA homologation papers to 2026 and MSUK vehicle passport to 2032. Chassis SS300149 is painted in factory original Bronze and is well known in Reliant Sabre and Scimitar Owners club. Have been member for 34 years.

Race result sheets, scrutineering passes and event programmes for over 100 races that I have entered with CSCC, HSCC, AMOC, BRSCC, BARC, 750MC, MGCC, Masters, Equipe, JCC, Top Hat.

It is eligible to race in all series and championships for cars running to FIA Appendix K regulations.

Additionally car could easily be converted to Historic Rally spec or regularity trials.

Period F 1962 to 1965.

Car has raced at most UK circuits, Spa and Nurburgring. First raced in 1990 and last race at Silverstone Classic in 2022.

Engine is Ford 2553cc straight six built for 2022 season with NEW Mays head, steel rods, lightweight forged pistons, steel flywheel.

New for 2022 3 X Weber 45DCOE carburettors and both points and electronic ignition distributors.

New engine has 5 hours on it. Redlined at 6250rpm.

Belts and fire extinguisher all in date.

Massive spares package built up over 34 years, two spare standard engines two close ratio gearboxes, complete front suspension, calipers, spare back axle and radiator, spare exhaust.

Spares are readily available. Race and technical support and maintenance provided by Iain Daniels motorpsort.

Car is on wire wheels with two sets of wheels. Additionally I have three sets of bolt on minilite wheels together with correct hubs and nuts.

Fibreglass body with all panels still available together with lightweight bonnet.

Long range fuel tank  85  litres. Good for just under 3 hours.

In 2023 we used the car three times, at the beginning of the year with the VSCC at the Pomeroy where we acheived a class result. With the CSCC in Classic K Donington in August where we won our class and finished 5th. overall out of 32 and at Croft in October where we won our class again.

Throughout the year we have maintained the car continuously and fitted a new heated front screen. Car is on the button and ready to race. If the car does not sell, we will be out again at Donington with the CSCC for the first Classic k race of the  2024 season in March.
