Circa 1972/3 this Kaimann has just had an engine “refresh” to include, new bearings, crank and cam, new alloy cam drive gear, new oil pump (uprated) new pushrod tubes, barrels honed and new piston rings and all gaskets and seals where required. The 1700cc engine has standard size bearings and pistons (flat top high compression). So, plenty of scope for any future machining if required.  The motor has an electronic distributor, electric fuel pump and pressure regulator feeding twin 40 DRLA Dellorto carbs. A small high output race alternator and a high torque starter. A bespoke exhaust system from RS Fabrications (Towcester). All suspension arms and rear uprights are new, also manufactured by RS Fabrications.The car will require running in and tuning. Price includes large spares package and rigs for manufacture of uprights and suspension arms. Frame is powder coated, x4 Ohlins suspension units, fibreglass body panels. The car has not raced since restoration was completed in 2020, has been tested and used on track days prior to engine refresh.

Have decided to retire from racing , package now includes transponder, hans device, quick lift jack and a number of other variuos tools.
