Description:

For sale are a pair of new dodge viper racing cylinder heads (qty 2). They have only beed removed from their original box to measure and take pictures. 

These were the same heads that were used on the LeMans and Daytona vipers. Msrp is 7000 usd for the pair.

I had some measurements done on these heads which are not usually listed in the mopar description.

2.02" intake valve

1.60" exhaust valve.

Mopar used valve stem guides that are for .341" stem valves, which are larger than the normal .311" in street viper engines. This is because the racing teams used titanium valves and they needed larger stems for durability.

 

If you install .311" guides, then you can use normal off the shelf viper valves. This is rhe recomended route by several head shops i spoke to.

 

Heads will be shipped in original mopar boxes which are a cardboard box with osb wood lining inside and a bunch of packing paper. Very safe.
