Description:

A well-built and specified endurance racer, also road legal and set up for historic tarmac rallies, this early 912 is fitted with a modified, freshly built 3.0 Carrera engine, with HC Wossner pistons, RS cams, Weber PMO 40 carbs and MSD electronic ignition with HiPo coils. Transmission is a rebuilt CR 915 gearbox, quickshift linkage, ceramic clutch and LSD.

The car runs  adjustable f &r suspension with uprated torsion bars, Bilstein Núrburging suspension kit, 930 arb and steering rack, adjustable rear arb. Brakes are 964 Cup, with AP racing cylinder. 100 litre fuel tank, twin Facet pumps with pressure regulator.

Finished in Gulf colours, the body is fully lightened with wide arch fibreglass wings covering Braid split rim wheels, fibre bonnet, ducktail and bumpers, with perspex side and rear windows. It has a fully welded in cage, Sparco/OMP racing seats and belts for driver/co-pilot, 

A Momo wheel is fitted, as is a custom, fully instrumented carbon fibre dashboard.  Door cards are also carbon fibre. The wiring loom is custom built and the car is fitted with Quicklift air jacks.

Previously used for both historic endurance races and road rallies in the Iberian peninsula, this well-developed Porsche is on the button and offers great value as a race, rally or track car.
