Description:

Apex GT4 CAN Enabled Steering Wheel, chassis is machined from a single block of 6061 grade aluminium and anodised black.  The handgrips are made of carbon fibre coated with a military grade rubber coating. 

Fitted with a CAN board for direct communication to your car’s ECU.  The wheel can be configured in many ways utilising the 8 push buttons inputs and 8 analog inputs on the CAN board. A typical set up would be 10 push buttons and two rotary switches.

Different CAN ID and CAN frame structures can be selected
8  switch inputs (switched to ground)
8 analog inputs / rotary switch inputs, 0-5V, 10bits
4 low side outputs (0.5A, resistive and inductive loads)
+5V output for powering rotary switches, sensors and potentiometers
Firmware upgrade over the CAN bus

The Apex GT Steering Wheel has a diameter of 290 mm and the ergonomically designed hand grips make this a really user friendly steering wheel.  It can be customised in many ways with additional buttons, rotary switches and encoders. 

Compatible with both 70mm 6 bolt and 50.8mm 3 bolt PCD.
