Original Cosworth FVA engine

Used in period in Lotus 47 

Obsolete due to replacement with Lotus Twincam

Inspected by marque specialist

701M – L block, 199.2mm height, 85.7mm bore, square main caps. c/w front cover, timing and counter gears, jackshaft etc.

Steel crankshaft, lip type, 6-bolt & DD flywheel fixings, std/std (53.90 & 49.20mm) c/w timing gear on front nose

Head no.1 c/w valves/springs/tappets etc, camshafts, all drive gears, 2 cam boxes etc.

Head no.2 is bare but 1 cylinder fitted with new Colisbro seats, to be machined

AP 7.25”/184mm A-ring twin-plate racing clutch parts/Orange diaphragm/pressure plates (main & intermediate)

Water pump /2 water rails/water connectors for head (4)

Lucas magneto, Cosworth magnesium casing, Lucas distributor for magneto

Same, no dizzy though, but then with Kugelfisher fuel injection unit, fuel lines etc.

Inlet slide with plastic trumpets and Kugelfisher injectors

1 set of unc/unf head studs

Flywheel bolts

Magnesium valve cover with ¾” breather tube

D/S pan full through, ¾” scavenge tube & gauze filter
