Description:
March 792 BDG
This chassis was the Marlboro liveried, Tiga Racing Cars entry for the 1979 Formula 2 season. Race winner at Pergusa-Enna, Italy in July of that year and finished 9th in the Championship. Now fitted with a low mileage, alloy blocked Cosworth BDG engine producing 289 bhp at 8,900 rpm instead of the expensive to run BMW M12.
Hewland FG400 gearbox
Almost new Simpson exhaust
New bag tank
Spare set of wheels
Spare nose and some minor parts
An immaculate car which has been used for Hill climbing, but with some modification could be converted for HSCC Aurora series. As it is, it would make an excellent test day car!
This car is priced to sell, so no offers please. However I would consider selling the chassis, less engine.
