This historic Formula 1 car was launched during the summer of 1982. It was raced by Piercarlo Ghinzani and Corrado Fabi.
This fabulous car is eligible for the Historic Formula 1 race in Monaco 2022.
This Osella FA-1-D has recently enjoyed a full refurbishment by Zul Racing. The DFV engine has been overhauled by TMAX Engineering Ltd, the Hewland Gearbox has been stripped then rebuilt and the car has been crack tested. HTP papers have been applied for as previous papers have now lapsed. A number of spares are included with the car.
The car has been owned, campaigned and demonstrated most recently by the late Terry Sayles for a good number of years. He was a TGP class winner in this car. This amazing historia Formula 1 car has also appeared at the Goodwood Festival of Speed as part of the 'Flat Broke and Fearless' 2015 edition of the event and was piloted up the hill by Lorina McLaughlin.
